Breath Prayer

A breath prayer is a short prayer that you can say in a breath. I've known some people who walk around with breath prayers on slips of paper in their pockets so that they can pull one out at certain times during the day; like when they are waiting in line.

My breath prayer is normally "peace that passes understanding."

Today there is enough going on in my life and in the weeks to come that my prayer is simply "just breath"
