A museum near my in-laws had an animatronics (no idea how to spell this....) dinosaur exhibit. The kids were a little wary at first but quickly got over any concerns.

I took JC to one of those before Rachel was born, so he was about 2.5. He was terrified.
Completely and utterly terrified.
I think they'd all be into it now, but we've not been to another one. I think they're cool, though.
