I hate random spiked temperatures.
Josie has had a fever today. No apparent other symptoms except a slight irritability.

We had the occasional random fever. Made them cranky, not really any other symptoms. Sometimes I would just give them the dose of Tylenol (we didn't use it often) and give us all some relief.
