Counter intuitive

Alright, so perhaps it is counter intuitive to try and have an accountability group about being healthier that encourages you to sit at the computer more. However, my sister and a few other friends and family are going to use the benefit of technology (and blogging) to hold each other accountable and try and improve out health.
